New Years in Mexico - January 2012

… Thank you very much for doing a terrific job on our vacation over New Years. We all had our rooms exactly where we wanted them and they were all right by each other.
Tim got his handicapped room and it worked out great for him (and for my parents who were right next door). We have never had a trip go so smoothly before and I know we have you to thank for that. This was the first year that I haven't had to try to contact the hotel a few days in advance to make sure that everything was handled correctly and for that I thank you. It allowed me to relax and have a good time.
I have attached some photos including all of our Latitudes Travel Cups. They worked out wonderful and we always knew which cups were ours.
