2015 Firefighter Beach Blast Challenge – Jamaica

Beaches-Firefighter-Blast-ChallengeFirefighter Challenge – Jamaica

beaches-resort-negril-jamaicaBeaches Resorts is celebrating the courageous spirit of firefighters by hosting a Firefighters Beach Blast Challenge, September 12-16, 2015 at Beaches Negril Resort & Spa in Jamaica. Firefighters can enjoy an escape to paradise at a discounted rate and participate in an exhilarating obstacle course that will put their survival skills to the test by joining a team of four or creating their own to compete in.

The Firefighters challenge has been created for fire fighters who love physical challenges and would like to compete against  their peers in an obstacle course challenge in a tropical paradise, unlike the hot and dangerous conditions they normally encounter on the job.

This challenge will be designed by the water sports team and will incorporate both water and land activities; created in mind for firefighters who are most often very physically fit and are able to compete in an active competition.

Winners of the challenge will be selected during a special awards ceremony at the end of the weekend.

Firefighters are invited to bring their entire family, escape with a loved one, or come with fellow firefighters to take part in this one-of-a-kind vacation experience.

Additional special events during the challenge weekend include:

  • Welcome Cocktail Reception
  • Private Island Routes Caribbean Adventures Catamaran Cruise

The bottom is covered with fine sediments which when disturbed will immediately reduce the visibility.
